Story

Funding

We're seeking investors for our next phase of growth

AngelCube was founded in 2011 via $825,000 raised through an equity offering. This funding was used to establish our accelerator program, build the AngelCube brand, fund our initial 18 startups, establish a network of more than 100 exceptional international mentors, and forge strong ties with startup investors and advisors from across the globe.

We’re now raising a further $1,500,000 via a second equity offering, with 1,500,000 units available at $1.00 per unit. This represents a highly attractive opportunity to invest in a business with a proven business model, unique high growth assets and the expertise of an experienced management team.

AngelCube operates in a high growth online space with immense market potential. Our next round of funding will build on the momentum of our success to date and pave the way for AngelCube to become a truly world-class accelerator.

The climate in Australia for
innovation

A maturing ecosystem of online entrepreneurs, investors & consumers

With a rich pool of talented technologists and innovative thinkers and a strong economy, Australia is viewed both locally and internationally as a leading source of tech innovation.

What people are saying...

I’ve been amazed at the talent and energy in the Aussie start up community. I’m certainly very open to backing more Aussie start-ups. The angel investments I make are a bit ad-hoc. But I do have a following and if I invest in something others will invest around me. That’s what happened with the third round of Canva - where I invested about $100,000 and then they got $3million in total. Bill Tai
– Partner, Charles River Ventures
There's a long list of startups that began in Melbourne and went on to win in global markets. I think that list will grow - and probably at a faster rate than in the past. Leni Mayo
– Founding investor, 99designs
